Our bungalow is located in the very heart of Hollywood. We are walking distance from Hollywood and Highland and a variety of restaurants, shops, and landmarks. Our bungalow was built in 1921. It is direct reflection of a time when Hollywood was a bit simpler and still catered to the stars. We have furnished it to be comfortable yet up to date. When you stay in this home, you will definitely feel at home. There is a coin operated washer and dryer located in the basement directly below. There is one parking space on the property for guests with cars. Street parking is available for guests who have more than one vehicle. A covered front porch is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun and take in the neighborhood. Our guests will have access to everything ready and available in the house. I live near the property and have others on the same street. I want you to enjoy your stay and feel as private as needed. However, I am a phone call away if ever anything should come up. You may see me from time to time walking past in the neighborhood and if you need help arranging things or needing suggestions, I am more than happy to help you. Just ask! Having grown up in this neighborhood and on this block, I have seen the evolution first hand. I recently returned to the neighborhood 3 years ago after living abroad in East Africa. This neighborhood has its long time residents and its share of new to California residents as well. We are diverse community that represents all walks of life. Multi cultural in every way. We even have produce truck that comes through everynight and sounds its horn. You can buy all of your produce, drinks, and snack items right in front of the house. We are so centrally located that everything worth anything is within 20 minutes from here. Public transportation is readily available. Major bus and subway lines are within walking distance. We can also arrange personalized chauffeured vehicles for an extra cost. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee. If you decide you would like your house cleaned daily, every other day, or even weekly...I can take care of that for you. We can arrange having someone come in and cook for you and your family if you so desire.
