The boathouse offers incredible unobstructed panoramic views of the Hudson River and all its splendor. Bald eagles, golden eagles, beaver, big ships, little boats, and more. The house is situated about 1.5 miles from historic Saugerties with some lovely restaurants and great antiquing. HITS is about 1/5 mile away. Skiing is about a 40 minute drive. The splendor of the Hudson Valley is at your fingertips! The space There are three bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The living room / kitchen has vaulted ceilings and a decorative fireplace. Outside there is a large deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. Right on the edge of the river is a fire-pit. There's a shuffle-board table in the garage! Solar shades have been added to all bedroom windows. Guest access Access to all living spaces. Sorry, the boat is off-limits.
