Guest access Guests have full, private access to the studio, including a separate entrance for easy and independent check-in. The space is entirely self-contained, with no shared areas. You’ll have exclusive use of the studio, including the bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette, and eating/work area. While the studio is part of our home property, it is fully separated to ensure your privacy throughout your stay. Check-in is simple and convenient, and we provide clear instructions ahead of your arrival so you can settle in with ease. Other things to note Welcome to our family home. We live upstairs and are always respectful of our guests, but you may hear some normal household sounds as we go about our daily routines. The studio is located on a quiet residential street in Vancouver’s Fraserhood. Parking is available in the rear lane for up to two cars, and there is also free street parking in front of the house. Please note that this is a private studio room, not a full apartment. It does not include a stove or oven, but it is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, Instant Pot, coffee maker, and hot plate for simple meals. The ceiling height is approximately 6’6” through most of the space, with one smaller section that is slightly lower. Guests taller than 6 feet may prefer one of our other listings for added comfort.
