You will be provided with the codes to get into the building and the condo itself. Two parking passes are provided for the designated parking spots. Other things to note We require our renters to have at least one 5 star rating and also have a completed profile on Airbnb including a verified ID. This condo is not to be used for parties. There are strict quiet hours from 11pm-7am. Please also note that there is no elevator and the condo is located on the 3rd floor. Common areas of the building are for owners only.
