Modern Apartment on Tidal Estuary near Shops/Parks

The Estuary is a quiet, well appointed apartment in the Rosedale neighborhood of Gig Harbor. The apartment is located above a detached workshop where our family of crafters make an assortment of goods. On the property you'll find a mature forest that leads downhill to a saltwater estuary off of Lay inlet. The space You will find a welcome booklet in the apartment describing additional amenities and local restaurants, vineyards, and breweries. Guest access Please feel free to take advantage of the apartment, balcony and the back yard beyond the black fence. Other things to note As mentioned in the main description, the apartment is situated above an active workshop. The workshop is typically active during normal business hours and some evenings and weekends. Some equipment generates noise that may be heard inside the apartment. We have hosted hundreds of guests and only a couple have mentioned the noise. In each of those instances we shut down the ship to accommodate our guests. Your comfort and quiet enjoyment of the apartment is very important to us so if at any time shop noise becomes bothersome, please let us know.
