Just a short walk to local markets/cafés, park, zoo, pub, library, public transportation and U of A with its many cultural and sports attractions. Tucson Downtown is 8 minutes by car. The home is on one level, with high ceilings and tall windows which offer a lot of light. The kitchen looks out to the patio with Jacuzzi. Living room with fireplace ,dining room. Large master suite with shower. washer/dryer. Attached garage with parking for one car, and street parking . Check out the floor plan in the pictures. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have queen beds and the third has two twin sized beds ( one of which is in a trundle of the other) A real “Gem” for visiting the Gem and Mineral Show, Rodeo days, and winter getaways. Lots of street parking and Garage supports two cars or a 8 pallets of gems! (lol) A perfect central spot for winter visitors to enjoy Tucson, with or without a car. I marked handicap accessible since it is all on one level however there the back patio is a few inches below that of the back doors and garage. Because the SPA is in-ground and NOT FENCED the property is not suitable for young children. Guest access The entire house, patio and garage are accessible. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot water pot, blender, food processor, crockpot, toaster oven, coffee grinder, waffle iron, and a hand mixer only. Please note we do have security cameras on the property to prevent unauthorized access.
