This casual apartment is in the resort area. Gym/pool (open mid-April thru September) access. Walk to the fishing pier on 14th St. or to 5th St. to surf. There are many restaurants nearby including Side Street Cantina right next door and Beach Dogs down the street. Beach Coffee is a locals favorite, close by, serving avocado toast/acia bowls/empanadas. This particular apartment has 2 separate entrances, off bedroom #1 and into the living rm from the back of the house. The space There is one parking space that can fit two mid size cars. Fully furnished kitchen with toaster and microwave and coffee maker. It’s is an older building with signs of wear and tear from the salt air! This beach house has 4 apartments that are not accessible to each other. They all have separate entrances. Guest access Your Key will give you access to the Gym,pool (open April-September) located across the street at the Days Inn Hotel. Other things to note The house has a contract with Mitchell Pest Control to be treated monthly. (Imperative for anyone so close to the beach).
