The Cozy cottage is an adorable cottage in ITB! It’s bright and airy and perfect for any kind of stay whether you need to work from home at the desk or you need to hit the town. Close to downtown, five points, Glenwood south, the colleges, airport and RTP its super convenient and pet friendly! Hardwoods throughout, comfy beds, linens and toiletries are provided and entertaining in the fully stocked kitchen or relaxing by the fire pit, make this a great little cozy place to stay! With a wonderful open concept living dining and kitchen area you will love living and enjoying family and friends together! This fully stocked kitchen and comfy living area is a perfect place where you will want to stay in and entertain or enjoy each others company:) !The 3 bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans, smart TVs and lots of storage! The laundry is in the hallway and the bathroom has a shower and tub with a hand held perfect for kids and adults. Enjoy the huge fenced in yard, fire pit and grill! Carport and extra long driveway with additional parking pad perfect for extra cars or for trailers. Walk the adorable quiet neighborhood and grab a coffee or lunch or drinks at the brewery that’s also dog friendly at the plaza 2 blocks away a short walk with lots of options! Only 5 minutes to NC state, Downtown, five points and Glenwood south! 10-15 min from PNC park, the airport and Meridith college, N hills and crabtree valley mall! Only 20 minutes to RTP or south point mall and Lake Johnson! Close to trails and shopping and eating the Cozy cottage is right in the center of it all! Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher prior to leaving. And please put towels that have been used into the laundry area / Bathroom. Please leave beds the way that they are we can take care of the linens for you. Baby gates and dog dishes available to use. WiFi firepit and fenced in yard! Plenty of parking in driveway for tons of cars , trailers suvs:)
