Beautiful Villa with Amenities Galore

Escape to the lake! Resort passes included with your stay. This beautiful villa happily welcomes families and adults 25 and older. Just five minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, and Williams Bay, this clean and comfortable second floor condo offers the best of both worlds. After your day or night's adventures, return home to the privacy of your own lake condo! Being a peaceful location, you'll appreciate our "no parties" rule. The space Our focus when accessorizing this villa, was to provide us, and our guests, with all the cozy comforts it takes to feel "at home". Upon entry there is a bench and hooks for your items. Inside the bench, you will find the pool towels. Feel free to use the basketballs too! Court is located down by the lake. Follow the stairs up to the dining area. The table and chairs were refinished (by us) with a fun lake vibe and is huge! It provides plenty of room for large dinners, or take out 😉, and is a great game area. The kitchen is fully functional for making meals. Reach out to us before you come if you are wondering about a specific cookware. We prove a popcorn maker, popcorn, and Coffee also. Both bedrooms have new mattresses and pillows. Plenty of space in each room. There are wall mount heat/ air conditioning units in each room also (just like most hotels have). They are easy to use and adjust to your comfort. The master bedroom has access to the balcony. The living room has a very comfortable sleeper sofa (I know that is rare). There are plenty of extra pillows and linens in the linen closet. The couches are very comfortable for seating everyone. You can log in to any of your streaming apps on our smart tv. The gas fireplace is amazing, and easy to use, in the colder months. It can heat that living area up faster than the heater I think! Besides its functionality, the ambiance is truly lovely. Inside the coffee table, you will find an assortment of games. The balcony is set up year round, so bring things to bundle up! Even on the cold days, sitting outside, watching nature, and drinking a hot cup of coffee is magical. There is enough seating for 6. That sums it up! Other things to note This cozy condo is located on the second floor and is perfect for a relaxing weekend. However, please note there are stairs up to the building, and also in the entrance of the unit (in case you have trouble with stairs).
