Cute Corner Casa

This cute corner ranch has a queen size bed for 2 with up to 2 additional guests. Situated in the heart of Omaha you are only minutes from the Henry Doorly Zoo, Old Market, Benson District, Aksarben Village and the Blackstone District. Nebraska Medicine, VA Medical Center, Douglas County Hospital are just a mile away. The airport is less than 15 min away. Cable, Wi-Fi, non-smoking & LGBTQ+friendly. The space Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the privacy of our back yard. Outdoor grill and fire pit are available during your stay. The living area has a TV w/cable. The laundry room is shared with owners. Guest access You will enter through the garage service door. The door has a 10 keypad lock you will use to enter the home. The code will be changed after your stay. There is a flight of stairs to get to the basement. You will have access to the privacy back yard and living area w/bathroom downstairs. Other things to note The bedroom does have a 6' ceiling to house the duct work in part of the room. The remainder of the room has a 7' ceiling. We have a deadbolt on our side of the kitchen door to keep the main level private. Should you have a stay 4 days or longer you may use the kitchen for meal prep. There is a Brita pitcher in the refrigerator filled with water. There is another pitcher of water for the coffee maker as needed.
