On top of all the room indoors, there's 1,000 sq ft of decking w/ large shade trees to sit & enjoy one of the best views of Lake Ontario that you will ever see! As mentioned in the description, what makes this space unique is that it's off the beaten path with plenty of privacy as well as views for days. You don't need to just settle for viewing the lake however, as the custom stairway gives you access to 300 feet of shoreline to enjoy the water up close and personal. Please note there is a hot tub at the house but it is not filled and not for guest use. There is someone available should a need arise. The satellite WiFi is the best we could buy. Please note that the service is spotty and streaming can be an issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued because of Wifi issues.
