We are located in a central, historic area of Miami, under 10 minutes to the pristine beaches of Key Biscayne and the bustling downtown/Brickell areas. Streets are lined with hundred-year-old banyan trees and Spanish architecture. Ideal launching point to explore all the sights of Miami. The space The guest house is on the same premises as a larger primary house which is also used as a long-term rental. The two properties have privacy and independence from one another, with no shared indoor or outdoor spaces. The garden is separated by dense hedges and a small wrought iron fence. Both properties must respect quiet evening hours. Guest access The entire guest house will be reserved for our guests with a small outdoor patio complete with two rocking chairs and a flower garden.
