Room in beautiful neighborhood, 10 min to downtown

Hello! I am a social worker in Eugene with a property and neighbors that I love. Home built in 1920 with period craftsman architecture. Quiet, safe space, large backyard to eat or enjoy music. You will have king bed and closet and access to sheets/towels, kitchen, facilities. I am friendly but respect your privacy after greeting and making sure you have what you need. If I am out I leave clear instructions for use of home. The space There is the bedroom with a king size bed and closet. Large floor fan. There is also a large futon in living room that can be used for sleeping as well. The bathroom is directly outside bedroom. Guest access Access to laundry room and all of the home, with exception of home owner’s bedroom and office. During your stay Available by phone any time and will make an effort to introduce myself in person at least once if I am out of the home. If I am home feel free to approach me with any needs. Other things to note Please respect the neighbors’ properties and noise levels.
