Come stay in 30A, our beautifully decorated home is the perfect place for your next vacation. Less than 1 mile from the beach and walking distance to The Big Chill/HUB. Located in the Prominence North community guests will have access to all the community amenities. Golf cart is included in the nightly rate. The space Be our Guest!!! Our home will comfortably sleep 6 guests. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, 55" TV, huge walk in shower and walk in closet (big enough to fit a pack n play). Guest room has a comfy queen bed and twin over twin built in bunks, with 50" TV and dresser. Open kitchen concept makes it perfect for preparing your favorite meals while interacting with your guests. Kitchen island with bar stools, and dining table to seat 6 make it the perfect set up for a nice meal around the table. Our living room includes a 55" TV, with comfortable couch, making it the perfect place to Netflix and chill after a long day at the beach. Our home is also fitted with a washer and dryer. Guests will have access to the community pool and fitness center. Coming with small children? no problem. Our home comes included with a high chair, pack n play, two car seats, beach toys, kids plates and utensils (we have kids too). Our garage is packed with everything you will need to get out and enjoy your stay. We have 7 bikes (4 adult, 3 child w/helmets), also a tow behind cart for two small children to ride behind bike. Guests will have access to all beach toys, umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, and wagon during their stay. Golf cart is included for guests to use during their stay, equipped with seat belts, cup holders, and hangers to keep you and your guests safe an secure. NOTE: the golf cart is considered and registered street legal vehicle. Guests will be required to provide proof of valid drivers license, insurance, and sign a liability waiver in order to have access to the golf cart. Golf cart seats 4 people, if traveling with small children it is required to use a cart seat (two are provided at unit for convenience). Only approved guests that sign waiver will be able to operate the Golf cart. Guest access guests will have access to the entire home and community amenities during their stay. Other things to note we love pets, but please do not bring them. our home does have stairs, when walking in through front door, you'll need to go up stairs to access main living area on 2nd floor.
