Guest access Living room, kitchen, laundry, all restrooms, pool or dining table. All common area listed is shared. Other things to note Overcrowding is not acceptable. If the reservation has been done for 2 guests and 3 or more show up without prior consultation then we would not be able to host. Smoking weed or tobacco inside the room is strictly prohibited. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking on the back street. In the front there is parking too, but some places might say, no overnight parking. Make sure not to leave it there overnight. Please don’t place heavy luggage on the dining table downstairs. If you plan to be outdoor for a longer time, then it’s advisable to switch off the room heater or any additional lights in your room. This helps in safety and unnecessary wastage of electricity. It would be nice, if you can send a message when you have checked out so we can prepare the place for the next guests.
