This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We are committed to environmental sustainability and the apartment is powered by solar energy. A new outdoor hot tub was recently installed in February, 2024! We look forward to your visit! The space This new 2nd floor apartment is equipped with all needed amenities for a comfortable stay: King sized bed, full kitchen, comfortable lounging area, washer/dryer and outdoor deck overlooking a forest of birch trees. At great place to stay as you explore the beauty of Kennebunk, Maine. Need to be able to climb stairs to 2nd floor. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment (with their own separate key code entrance), the apartment balcony and the side yard. Other things to note Although the apartment is attached to our home it is very private. Guests have their own distinct parking area and private key code entrance into the apartment.
