Kitchen with sink, small fridge w/ separate freezer, two burner cooktop, toaster, several coffee makers, electric tea kettle, microwave, & convection/toaster oven (available by request). Includes dishes, silverware, pots & pans, utensils, spices & condiments, tea & fresh ground local caf & decaf. Rolling table for dining or workspace. We provide sheets, pillows, towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, and other personal care amenities for your comfort. High speed internet: WIFI, ROKU TV, Bluetooth speaker. CLEANING- An additional cleaning fee for twice monthly linen exchange and Studio cleaning is required for guests staying longer than 31 nights. Date and time to be arranged by guest and host.
