Private Suite on second floor in downtown Brevard.

This large suite with a private bathroom will give you all the comforts of home! The entire second floor is yours to enjoy during your visit. 2nd room with a sofa bed, and coffee station with fresh fruit and muffins; a mini fridge, toaster and microwave. Located just off the bike path, within walking distance to the hip lumber district, and just minutes away from The Pisgah national Forest, Brevard College, and shopping/dining. Onsite parking. Bike shed and washing station available. The space This is a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood just minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores and night life. You can adjust your heat or AC to your liking. Comfortable new queen size mattress and lots of pillows. New tile shower and soft towels. If you forgot your toothbrush, or razor we have a supply of toiletries for you as well as shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer. We have a small dog and cat that live here but are not allowed upstairs in guest space. Guest access While your suite is well equipped and spacious, you are more than welcome to use the back deck to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings watching the birds and squirrels or enjoy your dinner here. A hose is located near the parking area to wash off your bikes or boots after being in the forest. I am happy to store extra food in my refrigerator for you if it doesn't fit upstairs. Unregistered guests are not allowed inside. During your stay I am usually available to share suggestions for dining, hiking, events, and points of interest so you can fully enjoy our community. There are no Ubers in this area and only one cab. I am sometimes available to provide rides with advance notice. Other things to note While they are not allowed in the guest suite, we do have a call dog and a cat. This space may not be ideal for those averse to them, or severely allergic. Also this is an alcohol/drug free zone. Please do not bring these here. a Ring camera is outside on the front entrance.
