The space This beautiful home is filled with light and tastefully decorated. It also has stunning hardwood floors. We are just a short walk away from the many fabulous restaurants Portsmouth has to offer as well as shopping and events. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the attic and the basement, which are off limits. Other things to note There are a lot of nice period pieces in the house. Please no parties or visitors. Keep in mind this is a historic city neighborhood. No loud noises inside or outside the property between 11PM and 8AM. Also as we have just completed a major remodel including refinishing all of the hardwood floors, absolutely NO pets. Do note we have 3 cameras on the property overlooking the back of the house. One thing this winter has taught us is that in order for us to keep the exterior of our house as nice as the inside, we need to see if the grounds are cleared of snow and come summer that our garden area is maintained to our specifications. There are no cameras inside. Please note, only registered guests will be granted access to the house. We also have a maximum occupancy of 8 people including children; no more than six adults. Undisclosed guests that enter without paying the extra guest charge of $50 per day (if over 4 guests) or that exceed our maximum occupancy will cause the reservation to be terminated immediately and no refund given. Finally any stays over 28 nights will have to sign a Vacation Home Agreement no later than 5 days prior to check-in and pay a special cleaning fee of $200.
