The Heart Ranch is nestled in the prestigious Pocono Farms located on a super, quiet tree lined cul-de-sac. This open concept Raised Ranch w/ floor to ceiling windows has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, updated kitchen, a game room w/ a NEW pool table and a workout area. Bask in the natural light indoor and outdoor (on the oversized deck), while enjoying the picturesque views & sounds of nature! The space As you enter the Ranch, you'll feel the LOVE! The intention is for you to feel the love throughout the house and awaken your creative energy with the ones you love. Attention to detail is our forte and you'll find it sprinkled throughout the house. The space is perfect for you to celebrate those special moments with your loved ones. We have everything you need to keep you entertained: 1. Game room, which includes NEW pool table 2. Workout area with stationary bicycle & calisthenics equipment 3. Oversized deck w/ patio furniture 4. Mini library (In Game Room) 5. Lighting system in lower level bathroom, along with built in Bluetooth speaker 6. All bedrooms with T.Vs Your stay at the Heart Ranch will be memorable, so follow your heart and let it lead you to the perfect destination! We are ready to host you for Summer. We have 2 outdoor decks that you can enjoy. One on the upper level and one detached for playing games. Indoor Fireplace must be used with care. Outdoor Propane Firepit on the upper deck and another wood burning in the yard. Summer 25- Enjoy the use of our country club amenities: +Olympic size resort like pool + Lakes +Golfing (additional cost) +Grill and Bar (additional cost) You will also have access to the lake/beach at the country club, which is equipped with kayaks and paddle boats. These are all seasonal (May to September). In order to use the country club amenities, you will need to be registered 3 days in advance and fee is charged that covers up to 6 guests. Guest access Guest enter the house using a code. This code will be sent the day before check-in. Other things to note Only Guests 21 and older are allowed to book. No weapons No parties or Events No loud music Beware of bears and deers The bears are looking for food-please place trash/garbage in the garbage cans and close the lid. Indoor wood burning fire place is available for guests to use with care. 8 guests maximum Please note that if items are damaged in the home or there is physical, intentional damage done to the property during your stay, you will be fined in order for us to repair the property for our other guests to enjoy. Please take care of the house as if it is your own. We put a lot of love and dedication to make it beautiful for you to enjoy. There is fee that covers up to 6 guests to use the Country Club and its amenities.
