Looking for a Lake Hartwell getaway! This spacious lakefront home has room for everyone! Spend your mornings relaxing in the screened-in porch with a cup of coffee. Afternoons can be enjoyed down by the dock where you can sunbathe, kayak or just float around. Fish, dock your boat or jet ski. Public boat ramps are just a short drive away. Relax by the outdoor fire pit or enjoy the WOOD BURNING fireplace in the living room off a spacious kitchen and dining room. A great way to spend a vacation. The space Our Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. HOME LAYOUT: Main floor has large living room, dining room, kitchen, and three bedrooms. Living room has a couch and three chairs, TV, and wood burning fireplace. Dining room has plenty of seating with two chairs and two long benches. Kitchen outfitted with all Stainless Steel appliances including a side by side fridge, dishwasher, and double oven! Kitchen also has a workstation and 4-seat dinette table. Primary bedroom is also on the main floor and has a King bed with full ensuite with tiled shower, double vanity, and private toilet area. Second and third bedrooms on main level also have King beds and a full Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upstairs there is a forth bedroom with two bunk beds, another futon seating area with TV, and two more twin trundle beds in the "bonus room" area and additional full bathroom with tub/shower combo. We have a screened-in porch with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan. HAIR DRYERS: Each of the full bathrooms has a hair dryer available. IRON & IRONING BOARD is available in the laundry room along with a full size washer and dryer. TV / Programming 55" TV in the main living room with YouTubeTV A TV in is also located in the upstairs loft area. WiFi Internet is fast at 92mbps! No problems at all for streaming movies, video conferencing, etc. COFFEE MAKER: We supply both a traditional drip and Keurig coffee makers! GRILL: We have a propane grill and we supply the propane! FIRE PIT: We have a large fire pit area and we supply firewood. LAKE TOYS: We have two single person fishing kayaks. DOCK: We have a COVERED DOCK with boat slip available for you to use. WATER DEPTH AT DOCK: The water level of Hartwell Lake is managed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and fluctuates due to power generation at the dam and rainfall amounts.  Since the Cobb Lake House is located in a cove, there may be times during the year that activities at the dock will be limited.   At full pool (660msl) the water depth at entrance to the dock slip is approximately 5 feet and is fully accessible by most watercraft.  The depth increases towards the middle  of the cove to approximately 10 feet at full pool.  We continually adjust the dock to maximize accessibility as needed.  Please keep this in mind as you book your stay and as the date of your arrival approaches.   The current pool elevation of Hartwell Lake can be easily found online by way of a Google search. PATH TO DOCK: The distance from the back of the house to the dock is 120ft. LIFE JACKETS: 2x Adult Universal YARD GAMES: We have Corn Hole. Because you can't grill in the south without a game of Corn Hole! PARKING: Parking is limited to a maximum of five (5) vehicles in the driveway. TRASH PICK UP: Thursdays. Please make sure all trash is bagged prior to placing in outside bins. The service will not remove loose trash from the bins. Also, please break down any boxes and place them on top of the bins for recycling. The Reed Creek convenience store 5 min up the road with the basics. BOAT RAMP If you would like to put your watercraft into the water the closest boat ramp is Mary Ann Branch Boat Ramp, Hatton Ford Rd, Hartwell, GA 30643 being only 5 minuets away. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house. The garage is reserved for the Owner’s use. Other things to note We supply all the essentials including two kayaks for lake fun! Just bring food and your tooth brush! BOAT RAMP: Mary Ann Branch Boat Ramp; 3.2 miles, 6 minute drive Hatton Ford Road, Hartwell, GA 30643 CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
