The space Min age 25 -Our home is located in a very quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Any type of parties and gatherings are NOT allowed in our home. -The mandated "Quiet Time" from 9:30 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is not allowed outside at any time, and not allowed inside during quiet hours inside. -10% lodging tax Fee applies to the reservation total and is not included in the original quote. It must be included prior to the final confirmation of the reservation. Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night scheduling issue. As based on the city rules we won't be able to rent those 2 days out. -NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, NO vaping, and NO marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive). -Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back-yard area. -Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation. -Max Occupancy - 15 individuals including infants and daytime visitors (10 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs an additional guest fee -guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. The reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list,s and other helpful information to make your visit more enjoyable. **Please note, we do NOT advertise on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)** You should NEVER be requested to pay in other forms such as wiring funds or depositing into a bank account or cash. Guest access A personalized key code is prepared for you after your reservation so that you can enter the property only during your reserved dates.
