Grand Crew is an architecturally unique design at the Lookout, with two interconnected structures allowing huge decks and easy indoor/outdoor living. Extra-long twin bunks - 2 shared bathrooms This 3300 square foot, six bedroom, six bathroom home, with expansive, unobstructed views of the lake, mountains, & town was completed in 2020. Total accommodation allows for 14 people & the home sits beside the new Lookout event & view park. In keeping with the indoor/outdoor theme of this home there are some 1,500 square feet of deck space spread over three deck or patio areas. The expansive high raftered ceiling in the main living area has a series of multi-sliders opening up to the main porch which has a gas fire bowl, ceiling heaters, & a large outdoor dining table that is perched overlooking the lake. In one building sits the open kitchen with island seating for 4 & a dining table for 12. With top-of-the-line appliances, a gas cooktop, wine cooler, this is a kitchen with all you need to make and serve great meals. In the other connected building on the main is the playroom which includes a TV/Xbox large seating area & a ping pong table. There are hardwood floors throughout the home & a combo gas/wood fireplace in the great room. Thematically one building is predominantly covered in shiplap while the other has dark wood accents throughout the main & the bedrooms. The two queen bedrooms with en suites on the lower level both enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and have oversized bathrooms & showers. They both open up to a lower deck that has outside covered seating & access to the outdoor hot tub which sits adjacent to the lower deck. A lower covered area between the two buildings contains an outdoor ping pong table & place for games & hanging out. On the upper deck, there is a grill, dining area, and gas fire pit with overhead heaters surrounded by seating. In the front deck, there is seating that looks over the street & onto the new Lookout event and view park. This deck is perfect for morning sun, reading, & to say hi to your neighbors walking down the sidewalk right beyond your wine trellis fence. All the upstairs bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings. The king has an expansive view of the lake from the bed & additionally from the sitting area. There is a dedicated tv for the master. In addition, the bathroom has a standing tub, a double faucet, & oversized shower. The bathrooms are all contemporary in design & feel. Additionally on the upper floor are two queen bedrooms, both looking down on the lake, and a bunk room that sleeps four comfortably. These three rooms with their vaulted ceilings & airy feel are serviced by two separate bathrooms, one with a shower & one without. The main floor also contains a bathroom & a laundry room & considerable storage room. While the main floor of the two buildings is angled to be visible from one to another & easily accessible to one another either through the deck or through the connecting hallway, they are programmed to keep the noise & activity of the play & tv area comfortably separate from the activities of the kitchen & great room. This home has extensive dimmable lighting, a wireless 3-zone Sonos sound system, high-speed internet, & streaming TV service in addition to the Xbox. Two HVAC units will maintain that perfect temperature year-round, & 2 InfraRed heaters on the porch over the gas fire pit extend the outdoor living well into the fall & early spring.
