St Pete's Clearwater is just across the Bay and has spectacular beaches. Be sure to visit the (PINK) Don Cesar Hotel for lunch or walk its spectacular beach. It’s where Marilyn Munro and Joe DiMaggio honeymooned. Sunset Beach, Treasure Island is beautiful too - be to sure vist and to walk about! RESTAURANTS: Sunset Grill, the Tiki Bar and Hooks Grill are located on the resort and beach. Circles at Apollo Beach offers fine dining and it’s only a 10 minute drive - try the crab cakes! Enjoy a glass of wine and live music on the restaurant’s waterside patio. SHOPPING: Ellenton Outlet Mall, Brandon and Sarasota all offer a shoppers paradise. While in Sarasota walk the Marina and the famous "Unconditional Surrender" statue. You'll love St. Armands Circle's shops and be sure to stop in at La Creperie Caffee overlooking the circle and enjoy a mamosa and delicious crepe. DAY TRIPS: just a few minutes down US 41 visit Doolie's Orange Farm for orange picking. At Apollo Beach visit the Manatee Viewing area. Take in a concert or hockey game in Tampa.
