This beautiful piece of paradise sits on a safe cul-de-sac right next to the marsh in the most sought out neighborhood of Mt. Pleasant- The Old Village! Very bike & walk friendly! We are only 5 min from the beach! This is a large, 5 bedroom w/ 6 beds, 4.5 bathroom house. We have a large outdoor gym, an outdoor kitchen, and a salt water pool! This is a beautiful 5 bedroom, raised house with an open floor plan, a large garage play area/gym, a pool, and an outdoor shower! With just a 5 min drive to the beach, and 12 min to downtown, what more could you want? (*Please note: this is not a party house, this is our family home that we reside in, in a family friendly neighborhood and parties are not allowed) We have an inviting, open kitchen with a large island perfect for cooking with friends. It's filled with all the cooking & baking essentials. Eat inside at the counter or large dining table, or outside by the pool & luscious garden. Hang out on the living room sofa, or in the brand new sunroom (our favorite room). Please note: the electric fireplace does not work at this time.* We also have a relaxing, southern style porch on the 2nd floor. There’s plenty of seating, including a daybed swing. This is the perfect spot for happy hour or just to sip sweet iced tea with friends & family. This beautiful home has plenty of room to sleep 12 people, with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and a pull-out couch in the closed sunroom section. The garage is a great outdoor entertainment area with something for everyone! We have a sound system so you can play your favorite music while swimming, playing ping pong, working out, or just lounging around. Watch movies on the projector while swimming in the pool. Keep your drinks in the fridge downstairs, grill out by the pool, or have a ping pong tournament. There is a large workout/fitness area. Use the gym at your own risk, adults only please. The salt water pool is 5 feet at its deepest, surrounded by luscious, tropical plants, plenty of seating, pool toys and floats, and even an outdoor shower. Enjoy hanging out & relaxing! The beach (Sullivans Island) is only 3 miles away, a 15 min bike ride or 5 min drive. You can actually watch the beach traffic from the kitchen window. The famous Pitt street bridge is just a mile away, a nice walk or easy bike ride. We are near the water and there are so many beautiful neighborhoods on the water that make for a perfect evening stroll. If you’re a fan of the show Outer Banks or the movie The Notebook, much of both of those were filmed all around us in the Old Village. *We do have games and toys available. However, as listed in the safety precautions, this home is not safe for young children, as we have an in-ground pool, open to the garage/yard, as well as high porches. If you decide to bring children with you, Please make sure you have read everything carefully, and make sure to keep an eye on all kids at ALL times and swim at your own risk.* *Please note: that by booking this home, you and all other guests agree to read and follow all house rules listed in our rules section on our Airbnb listing, and to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries and/or accidents, or likewise, known and unknown, that may occur while staying in this house. * *this is a strict non smoking or vaping home and property, inside and outside as this is our primary home* *NO parties allowed, we reserve the right to ask you to leave early without a refund if the rules are not followed.* **we do not allow any animals, because we reside in this home and have kids with allergies, no exceptions to this rule** Whether you want to spend a week enjoying beach/pool life with family, host a yoga retreat, or enjoy a getaway with friends, this is the perfect house for you! NO exceptions. Please remove your shoes before entering the home. Do NOT climb on the porch railings or on the roof. No jumping or diving into the pool.
