Come Stay At PHIL'S 550

Come stay at Phil's on the 550! This is a charming escape located on the gateway to County Road 550 and Big Bay. Phil's is located on Co Rd 550 just 4 miles from downtown Marquette, 1.8 miles to Northern Michigan University and 2 miles to Sugarloaf Mountain. This is a beautiful 3-bedroom property is attached to the well-known Phil's 550 Store. Give us a follow @philvillerentals on Insta! The space Room 1 This is the master bedroom. It has a Queen-sized bed, with built in closet space, and a homey feel! Room 2 This is the second bedroom. It has a Queen-sized bed, with a large window overlooking in the surrounding woods and granite outcropping. Room 3 This is an open loft space. It has a two twin sized beds, this space overlooks the pine covered interior of the living room. Kids will love sleepovers in this room. The property's kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer and a refrigerator. The living room/dining room/reading areas are fully furnished and includes a television, DVD player, internet, antler chandelier and a wood burning fire place. If you forgot anything there is Phil's located next door! There is also a fire pit out back for s'mores night! Guest access Please keep in mind there are 2 additional cabin rentals tucked behind the store & private property beyond those. Other things to note The rental is attached to the store with private access. There is also a picnic table area next to the rental. If you are looking for a more secluded stay, consider one of our single bedroom cabins in the back!
