A public boat ramp is just 3 streets over, perfect for launching your boat, jet ski, paddle boards or kayak. The space This listing is for both Beach Houses- Beach House #1 and Beach House #2. They are both set up exactly the same except the decor is different and Beach House #2 has a King bed downstairs instead of a Queen. Perfect for 2 families traveling together or one big family! Charming and quiet neighborhood while still only blocks from the gulf. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to the public access or just a couple minutes to drive! Friendly neighbors greet you as you walk to the beach, bike or jog. Attractions like Captain Anderson's Seafood Restaurant, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not, St. Andrews State Park & Schooner's Beach Club are all nearby. Golf cart, paddle board, wave runner, boat & kayak rentals are only blocks away! Both of the houses are comfortable and cozy. Downstairs you will have the living room, kitchen, bar with 4 bar stools, no dining room table located inside, full size bathroom and the main bedroom with a queen size bed in Beach House #1 - King bed downstairs in Beach House #2. Walk up the spiral staircase to find the loft bedroom where there is a desk- (just in case you need to do work on your vacation!), a futon that can lay out to a single bed and a queen size bed. The bathroom upstairs is a full bathroom with only a stand up shower. The shower has been customized with the pitch of the roof so it is ideal for anybody 6ft or shorter. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook and prepare a meal. It even has a blender for your favorite smoothies or frozen drinks. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and then relax out back under the Tiki hut. Tiki hut has lighting, tv and a large picnic table to enjoy your meal or grill out. There is a charcoal and a propane grill located out back. Very peaceful and tropical. Guest access You will have access to both of the Beach Houses!!
