The 2nd floor APT is less than 0.3 miles away from shops and restaurants in the area, and a short walk from many top spots in Philly including the Art Museum, Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Fairmount Park, Philadelphia Zoo, Temple University, and more! It is a short 10 minute drive to Center City and all historic sites. There is safe street parking on the block. The space NEW CONSTRUCTION - This is a brand new apartment on the 2nd floor. It was recently rehabbed and remodeled. Quiet block and bedroom faces the city. There is a futon bed in the living room and also an air mattress if needed. Guest access This is a 3 bedrooom apartment, which has recently been rehabbed and remodeled. 2 bedrooms will not be accessible as they are not furnished, but otherwise, the entire apartment is yours to roam about. No smoking allowed on the property. There will be a $500 fine if guest is found in violation. During your stay I am available if you need anything via Airbnb app and website or by phone. Otherwise, you will not be disrupted during your stay.
