The common area is a great place to meet fellow travelers from all over. ✸Make sure to respect the privacy of other travelers and quiet hours after 11pm to 6am. ✸Several doors stick for one reason or another. It's a very old house. If a lock does not latch or does not open on the first attempt, pushing or pulling on the door while the lock is unlocking or locking oftentimes helps. ✸Historic Cathedral District neighborhood. Saint Peters Cathedral is two houses down. ✸Private parking for five cars behind the house with driveway and alleyway access ✸Access into the home from a front door and kitchen door. Reaching the room requires walking up 1 flight of stairs to reach the 2rd floor. 15 stair steps. ✸Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, tea pot, Filtered water, Wine bottle opener, Pots and pans, Cooking utensils, Flatware, and Drinking glasses. ✸Additional cleaning during the stay can be requested by the customer. ✸Great coverage with Uber and Lyft drivers Guest access ✸This rental is a private bedroom with only you and your traveling partners staying in that bedroom. ✸The stairwell, parking area, kitchen, dining room, billiards room, and living room are shared by you, a long term tenant in the building, the team member who lives on site, and one other traveling guest like yourself. ✸You will enjoy the luxury of having your own laundry unit. ✸There are shelves in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets that are labeled for your use or other guests use. ✸The basement and garage have been locked off for storage of materials to manage the property and other businesses that I own.
