Our 3 story condo, located 5 minutes from downtown North Conway, caters perfectly for families or a small group of friends. In the summer, you can enjoy the wooded back deck area or front porch and grill, and in the winter, cozy up by the wood fireplace in the living room. We are walking distance from national forest trails and tucked away in the woods yet close to everything you will need during your stay. Our home has plenty of space to spread out and make memories The space The layout of our home is perfect for families with kids who want to go have some fun in the loft. The 3rd floor is great for the kids to spread out and have fun while the adults hang out in the living room or outside in the back. Our home has 2 queen bedrooms and a massive loft that can sleep 6 people. The living room and back porch area is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. We have super friendly neighbors who respect quiet hours and social distancing. COVID CLEANING PROTOCOL ON OUR HOME: We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning. - Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc. - Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination - Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room - Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay - Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access The entire condo is yours, nothing is shared.
