Carters Lakeside Cabin 10 Free Boat Slip at Marina

Located right on beautiful Carters Lake, this cabin offers a gorgeous lake view from the covered porch, plus a free boat slip at the marina making this a great vacation for boaters. 10 cabins are available at Carters Lake Marina & Resort, this cabin is one of our newer cabins, offering 2 queen bedrooms down, plus a king bed in the loft, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, covered porch, living rooms. Cabin guests have access to a courtesy dock at the marina for fishing and boating The space Located within a gated area of the marina, 4 of the newer cabins are available with a shared fire pit. Due to our location we are unable to offer wifi to our guests but many guests are able to use their cellular service for internet, dependent upon carrier coverage. No Lake access from the cabin due to the steep terrain. Cabin guests may fish from the courtesy dock but all other docks are private. Located 20 minutes from Ellijay, Chatsworth and Jasper, Carters Lake Marina is an ideal location to visit the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Hiking trails in abundance, mountain biking , all within a short ride, or enjoy walking the hills within the Carters Lake area. Minimum age is 25 to rent. A Rental agreement will be sent and will need to be signed before arrival. $300 held on credit card, by marina directly. Renter will be contacted for cc # and copy of drivers license before check in. Damages over $300 will be also charged to card. We recommend you arrive before dark as there are no streetlights. Only 2 vehicles parking at cabin, 1 extra car in the overflow parking, No Trailers at cabin, trailers park in overflow. Guest access Free boat slip at marina. Access to courtesy dock for fishing , all other docks private. Marina has ships store and seasonal restaurant on site. All within walking distance of your cabin. Other things to note *Quiet time 10 pm to 10 am *No parties *No extra visitors *Pet Friendly, one pet (dog) allowed, $75 pet fee. Maximum weight of 50 lbs, Must have current flea protection and rabies shots. Pets must not be left alone, either inside or outside the cabin. All waste must be picked u and disposed of in dumpster, double bagged. Pets are not allowed on furniture, there will be an extra cleaning fee if there are hairs on furniture. Pets must be leashed at all times, Extra charges will be incurred for damages or pet waste. *At least one good review required
