You're located within walking distance to Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, Panera, the Cleveland Heights library, a local playground, and more. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and CWRU are around a 10 to 15 minute drive from the duplex. You have a private entrance for getting into the first floor - either the back or front door entryway. There's a driveway to share with second floor guests as well as a garage covered garage space. The first floor faces Cedar Road and features a connecting living and dining room. There's a Smart TV with Roku hookup for you to use. High speed WiFi makes perfect for working from home or streaming other devices. The family style dining room seats 6 people. The kitchen has all major cookware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, fridge, and an electric stove. NOTE: No dishwasher. There are two bedrooms each with their own queen bed and assorted bedroom furniture with closet space. There's also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer located in basement (non coin operated and shared with second floor tenants). New whole-house furnace. AC units provided during the summer. Flexible with lease terms and open to price negotiation. Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guest access Guests have access to the first floor unit through the side door and front door. There is private entry with a lockbox for letting yourself in. Laundry facility located in basement. Other things to note This is an upstairs/downstairs duplex. Private entrances for both floors. Pet friendly unit, but please let me know the number of pets you'll be bringing before booking. Washer and dryer shared with second floor tenants. Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $300 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. For a full house of 4 people, monthly utilities tend to run between $200 to $250 per month. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older duplex located in a wooded area of University Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE! A few notes about the house... 1. Unless there is more than a 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, we do not provide snow removal. We do though provide tenants with snow shovels to use incase of snow during your stay. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. We strongly recommend guests to check the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival in case a few inches of snow are set to be in Cleveland. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
