Stunning views from the patio overlooking the ski slope - just 2 blocks away. Very charming & relaxing mountain retreat nestled in the beautiful Sanger de Cristo mountains. Fully furnished unit with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay including a fully equipped kitchen. NO smoking & NO pets allowed on site The space This is a fractional ownership - we get 8 weeks per year 3 winter weeks - January 26 February 16, 2025 1 Spring week, May 4-11, 2025 3 Summer weeks- June 15 - July 6, 2025 1 Fall week - September 28 - October 5, 2025 The calendar dates change yearly. Guest access Access to entire 2 bedroom/2 bath unit 4, A & B Other things to note There's an onsite laundry room right next door to the unit. The condo has a patio with chairs for enjoying the pond, the stunning view, and the deer and ducks. There’s a new covered fish cleaning station. The kitchen must be left with dishes either loaded and ran in dishwasher, or hand washed & left on counter to dry. Housekeeping will put dishes away upon your departure. Unit has a newer Keurig coffee maker. Just bring food, coffee, toiletries, etc.
