Queen size bed and tastefully designed full bathroom, central heating system, laptop friendly work desk, and fast Wifi. for unlimited number of devices (optional ethernet plug-in for max speed). Modern kitchen with a round dining table and two comfortable sitting chairs, TV, and fast Wifi for unlimited number of devices (optional ethernet plug-in for max speed). Unlimited coffee and tea are available while you stay. Use of dinnerware, microwave, and toaster oven provided in the kitchen. Coin-op laundry provided with unlimited use. All detergent provided at no extra cost. An Iron and iron board is placed next to the washing machine for guests use. The thermostat is set by the guest at their comfortable levels. The laundry facility is located in the basement, the basement stair can be accessed from the first floor left hand side. Please clean the lint trap after using the dryer. The cleaning products, like cleaning solution, a mop, bucket and broom are located on the left-hand side of the washer machine that guests can use to clean their room and kitchen area during their stay.
