The space This space includes one private 2 bed/1 bath apartment located upstairs on the second floor with views of the St. Johns River. It has a retro vibe in a peaceful setting with its own living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath and shared outdoor seating area to hang out. For the comfort of all guests this property is entirely smoke-free, inside and out (including vaping). A secured conditioned common area storage is provided for luggage drop, storage of your coolers, beach gear, or even bicycles and other recreational items. One dedicated and private off-street parking space are available located behind the building and accessed via the alleyway. This parking area is illuminated and monitored by video surveillance. It is important to NOTE that some drivers with large vehicles may experience difficulty parking off-street if uncomfortable with navigating three-point turns. Street parking is always available as a convenient alternate option for guests in your party. Guest access Guests will have the entire private upstairs apartment (2/1, LR, DR, Kitchen) with shared outdoor seating areas and one designated private off-street parking space. Other things to note We are happy to provide a pack-n-play, baby gate, high chair, linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa, extra towels, and will do our best to accomodate your preferences prior to arrival!
