New for summer 2026, a heated saltwater gunite pool and spa anchors an exceptional backyard — a half acre of space that's almost unheard of this close to the beach, with a large terraced patio, outdoor dining, a fire pit for evening gatherings, a charming fountain, and a gorgeous outdoor shower. Inside, the home blends old-world character with the 2023 renovation — original hardwood floors, period millwork, and thoughtful details throughout, paired with an entirely new kitchen and great room built for the way people actually live on vacation. The kitchen is the heart of it — a Lacanche range, Carrara marble counters, and a breakfast nook in a bright open layout that flows into the great room. Large French doors swing wide onto a terraced patio, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living that defines a great summer house. The house sleeps groups comfortably without anyone feeling shortchanged. The primary suite has a king bed and large ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and its own ensuite with a walk-in shower and clawfoot tub. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor each have ensuite baths with clawfoot tubs and flexible twin/king bed configurations — perfect for kids or additional guests. A fifth bedroom on the third floor with a king bed shares a bath with the queen suite and offers a quiet, private retreat. Every shower in the house has fantastic water pressure — the kind of detail you notice and appreciate. The entire home has zoned central AC, so everyone stays comfortable no matter where they are in the house. Walk to Penfield Beach in minutes. Guest access Entire house except for a few rooms (e.g office, basement and storage areas) and select closets that will be locked (containing our personal items, as this is our primary home). Other things to note So you know...this is our primary residence we rent out when we travel. As such, our personal items will be present throughout the home. We keep a few closets and rooms locked, but there will be plenty of space available for you during your stay. Each bedroom has a closet and/or dresser to store your clothing.
