Want to barbecue? A gas grill right outside your door or a park a block away with charcoal grills. A large screen SMART TV with Netflix, Antenna for local stations, and AMAZON FIRESTICK. Games and jigsaw puzzles if you just want to hang out. Our shared pool is an unheated seasonal soaking pool - temperatures are perfect for use June - Sept. Full disclosure: Railway tracks directly behind the house for freight trains. Trains are instructed not to use horns, but you will still hear the chug, chug of a choo choo every so often. If you are a finicky sleeper or can't have your sleep interrupted, this is not the space for you. Your safety is important to us. There is a small soaking pool in our courtyard which can be accessed by your space. It is not gated off separately from our outside space. So, we accept only guests who are adults or children who are old enough to be around a water safely. Guest access Check in time is 3:00PM. Check out time is 10:00AM.
