This apartment is adjacent to trails with great views of Cathedral Rock. Walk to Crescent Moon State Park, Red Rock Crossing and Chavez swimming holes! Your pet is welcome, just be courteous to other unit -also pet friendly and shares yard. If you can’t do stairs do not book this unit. Entire guest home to yourself, SHARED yard with other guests and pets. Fireplace is DECORATIVE only. Sorry no fires or grilling allowed as our county has strict fire restrictions due to Multiple forest fires. The space There is a king bed, a memory foam sleeper sofa and a comfortable couch. You will have your own apartment. The laundry room is shared and it is accessed from the backyard at the back of the house. Brown door. There is a wall between the two homes pleas keep noise low. The back yard is a community SHARED space. Please be aware and courteous. Take turns with dogs in other party. There are not many pet friendly rentals out there so I expect everyone to get along and share the yard so we can all have equal enjoyment with our animals :) Guest access Parking, laundry, big fenced back yard. There is no grilling at this property due to recent fire activity. We are in the middle of a national forest. Other things to note Please input pets on reservation to avoid undeclared pet fee. 2 car max, if bringing more than one please park one car in front of the other instead of side by side. Please remember that the fenced yard is SHARED and there will be people enjoying the space along side you. Be courteous to take turns so everyone can enjoy. Please note that the landscapers will be mowing the yards around noon every other Thursday. The next door house has a wire along the top of their wall to keep animals in their yard. Pets who try to jump over may get a light shock. This is a very light electricity and does not cause harm. It is so animals don’t leap into opposite yards. REMINDER a home in the forest like this one will have the occasional wildlife or insect encounter. Please keep doors shut at all times. Refunds for mother nature's elements will not be granted.
