Pet friendly, Private room, queen bed.

This is a shoes off house. The shared kitchen, living room, and dining room offer plenty of space; a great place to get ready for the day or relax in the evening. Also living in the house is my partner Edna, two sweet but saucy cats, and two large dogs. The house was renovated a year ago and is kept tidy despite having pets. The laundry is shared and located downstairs, in the garage. We are close to bus lines, trolley stops, and access to both the 94 and 8 freeways. The space This room is in rental unit A of a duplex shared with my partner and I. The adjacent rental, unit B, is a private apartment. I provide a safe, clean, quiet place for a person to rest. This listing is accessed by a flight of stairs from the street to the front door. Our dog has limited access to the common area but the cats roam the house. If a door is left open, they will surely investigate. Guest access The house door and your room door are coded with a unique code I will provide. You will have full access to the bathroom, kitchen and living room. In the kitchen, you will have half the fridge and freezer as well as your own dry goods cabinet and pantry drawer. In the bathroom, you will have your own cabinets and some shower shelf space. We have many kitchen appliances you are welcome to. There is no access to the yard or outside space. The front stoop has great sunsets and you're welcome to use it to hang. During your stay My partner and I are friendly but private people that like to keep to ourselves. While I'm not available for city tour guiding or socializing I am available for any issues that arise. I will respond quickly and prefer messages through the app. Other things to note Due to a local city ordinance, guests must stay 30 nights or longer. Stays longer than two months can be accommodated, but only after a vetting process of a one month stay. San Diego often has fantastic weather but a ceiling fan and floor fan are provided for when it gets warm. I have a friendly dog that occasionally has access to the living room and two sweet cats that roam the house. It's easy to keep them out of your room if you want to. Pets that are non reactive, easy to manage, or well trained, are welcome. Basically, no barking or eating furniture or kitties.
