Located on a quiet street, this home was completely renovated with modern amenities and historic charm, including a wrap around front porch with a porch swing and outdoor dining, patios and a large lawn area for entertaining or just relaxing. Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire pit, explore the gardens, fountains and sitting areas. 1 block from main street where you can go wine tasting, shopping and dining. The space Professionally decorated with a pleasing color scheme. Lots of windows let in wonderful light and views of Sutter Creek. Although the home is in a neighborhood, it sits on a hill and is very private. The entry has a cozy sitting area where you can read or play card games. There is an office with a desk and the Xfinity wifi allows work from home, if needed. Fine linens on the beds and beautiful bathrooms, one with a claw foot tub, make your stay luxurious and peaceful. One story home with a few stairs to the front door. The side porch has just 3 stairs and the back door has one stair. This is an home with character, like squeeky original wood floors, and some windows have original vintage glass. Dual heat and air systems will keep you comfortable in all seasons. There is a large hot tub off the master suite. The House/location is not appropriate for parties. Guest access Main street is just around the corner from the house and an easy walk to restaurants, shops and wineries. There is a dedicated space for parking in the driveway. Other things to note Sutter Creek is located about 1 hour from Kirkwood Ski Resort and sierra fun. Many lakes around to enjoy in the summer. Lake Tahoe is 1.5 hours away. This location is in a quiet neighborhood. The home and location is not suitable for parties.
