Avoid the beach traffic and stay in our new (in 2019) townhouse in a great location east of route 1. Only a 9 minute bike ride or a 30 minute walk (1.5 miles by foot) to the sand. And if you choose to drive to the beach you can use our Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass. Rehoboth's new Grove Park Dock is under construction now, and we have a canal access about 1300' from our townhouse. You can store your gear in the garage and we have a hose for cleaning up. The space Built in late 2018, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse is brand new and sparkling clean. There are two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the third floor. The open concept kitchen, living and dining area are on the second floor, along with a half bath. And the third bedroom and third full bathroom are on the first floor. Guest access Guests have full access to the garage, rear patio, screened in porch and upper deck. Other things to note We will provide most essentials, including hand towels, soap, toilet paper, and pillows. Guests must provide their own Bed Sheets, Shower Towels and Beach Towels. Rentals can be arranged in advance through Sheets at the Beach or Grand Rental Station.
