Yaggy SOHO, built in 1892, a Sears kit house that came by train. It is one of two historic white clapboard homes nestled in mature trees on a 1260 acre farm. The perfect setting to get-away from the hustle bustle of city living. Rent both homes for privacy and room for 25! There are further requirements to have extra guests and/or an event. Please inquire with host. There is a 3 night min. stay for all major holidays and the Kansas State Fair. The space Yaggy SoHo has been newly restored and renovated. It is 2 stories of historic charm. The large kitchen and dining and living room are perfect for gatherings. The first floor is ADA accessible, including a king bedroom with accessible bathroom and roll in shower. There is a 2nd bedroom en suite and powder bath on the main level. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guest access Entire house is for Guests . We are a quick phone call away. This house is ADA accessible. Ramp to patio, 3.0 doors, extra large accessible king bedroom with ADA bathroom, roll in shower, ada toilet. ada vanity and sink, grab bars around toilet and in shower. All one level for kitchen living room and dining room as well. Wide sidewalk between 2 houses. Other things to note SoHo (South House) is one of two homes on Yaggy. Surrounded by trees, crops and wide open skies. NoHo (North House) and SoHo share a beautiful tree lined lawn. If you are wanting privacy you can rent both homes when available.
