This house is situated within a block of the village of Bemus Point. It is a short walk to Chautauqua Lake. There are a number of restaurants, a playground, and shopping in close proximity. Chautauqua Lake has been known for it's family friendly activities on the lake and surrounding the lake. It's a 20 minute drive to Chautauqua Institute or the Jamestown Comedy Center (both a must visit). It is 30 minutes from a Peek n Peek ski resort that also has summer activities with a great pool. The space The house has internet, cooking equipment, and linen supplies. Bemus Point is a quaint, charming community. Other things to note Pet friendly - There is a $50.00 returnable deposit for dogs. There are leash laws in the community. It is expected that you bring doggie bags and pick up after your dog around the house and while walking in the area.
