Lea’s Arcata Getaway with a private entrance !

This little house is so convenient to all that the city of Arcata has to offer. It is only a 15 minute walk to downtown Plaza, five minutes up to Humboldt State University, and 10 minutes to Mad River Beach. It is a college town so it has a lot of variety in restaurants, music, and other entertainment! You will find your own private space with a separate entrance and exit. The space A queen size bed offers comfort in a private bedroom space and you also have your own private bathroom with tub and shower! There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker available as well. During your stay I like giving guests lots of personal space but I can answer any questions or concerns via text messages. I can quickly respond to guests even when I am not home! Other things to note The private entrance is across the grass path on the outside on the left of the front house. There is one step up to the wooden deck outside the door. There is a patio door that is unlocked for you. It is on a small deck with 2chairs. I usually greet folks at my front door and escort them to their private entrance if they would like and I am at home. Folks are welcome to self checkin as well . I like to meet folks and let them know they are welcome here! Also my mail box is across the street from my front door so you won’t get confused where my house is. It is the last house on the left of the dead end street. parking is available on the street with a parking permit B, which is located inside the Airbnb. The parking permit B needs to be returned to the Airbnb before you leave to avoid a $300 non-return fee.
