Amazing Views, Private Dock on NC Lake

Beautiful 3BR/2BA lakehouse overlooking Badin Lake in gorgeous North Carolina, 1 hr east of Charlotte. Amazing views from 5 stories above the lake, looking towards Uwharrie National Forest (no houses across the lake). Sunset & sunrise are a must see. Stairs lead down to dock for fishing, swimming, relaxing, & kayaking. Three bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 10 guests. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor fire pit, super fast wifi, cable TV. The perfect place to relax any season! The space NEW AMENITIES AS OF 2025: A brand new Lower deck has been added as a “Sunset Deck” with string lights, hammock, and counter height chairs so you can enjoy front row seating every night during the stunning sunset over the lake. Blackstone flat top grill also added to upper deck for more grilling fun. MAIN FLOOR: The cabin opens to a large two-story living area that includes a cozy sectional couch, TV, and gorgeous two-story windows for soaking in the amazing lake views. There is also a dining area with seating for 6 (8 with additional leaf). The open kitchen is fully stocked and includes a coffee maker, air fryer, and all the necessities. All water in the home is purified through a whole-home filtration system. All appliances are new including a stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are four bar stools at the breakfast bar for enjoying casual meals or socializing around the kitchen. Two bedrooms are also on the main floor - each with a cozy king bed and feather duvet comforter, dual nightstands, and lamps with USB ports for easy access to chargers and devices. The main floor also has a full bathroom with double vanity which also includes a laundry area with washer and dryer. 2nd FLOOR: Upstairs, there is a spacious loft bedroom enclosed by barn doors. This fun and beautiful bedroom now features 6 built-in Twin XL beds. This room includes cozy seating, a TV, and retro Super Nintendo 64 gaming console for the kids and young at heart. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs with shower. BACK DECK: There is a full deck overlooking the lake, providing expansive breathtaking views both left and right. Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular here! There are plenty of seats including a 4 person high top table and chairs, along with outdoor couches, a charcoal grill, and plenty of shade. The views are especially incredible since there isn’t a single house across the lake - it’s all a part of the Uwharrie National Forest. FLOATING DOCK: Stairs lead down to a large floating dock with plenty of space for relaxing, fishing, and swimming! Includes 4 kayaks for guest use. Paddles and life jackets are stored in two deck boxes. There are also two dockside chairs with built-in cup holders and rod holders. FRONT YARD: In the front yard, there is a “smokeless” Solo stove and four Adirondack chairs for roasting s’mores and relaxing by the fire under the stars.
