Twisted Beam Cottage 1.9 Miles to Downtown GV

This is a beautiful modern cottage 5 mins to town center. You’ll be staying at a person's home while he’s away. Treat it as such. He keeps rates low and puts all proceeds into the local economy. The space BOOKING NOTES: 1. We do not allow third party bookings. If you are not the guest, please do not request to book. 2. We also do not accept any booking requests if you have no reviews. You will need to have all 5-star reviews to book the cottage. 3. Airbnb will add an approximate one-time $20 charge if you have 3 guests. This is to cover extra costs of cleaning bedding, etc. ABOUT THE COTTAGE: Twisted Beam Cottage is on the rear of a 1/4 acre property, approximately 75’ behind the main house. It is very private, with a long bamboo hedge separating the spaces. The cottage has its own deck and seating, along with a side yard with lounge chairs (seasonal). The side yard has a fire pit and will be landscaped in time. The Cottage is equipped with a small kitchenette with everything you will need to cook meals. The cottage also has smart TVs with all the popular apps such as Sling TV, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, Disney+, and Paramount+. Guest access Guests have access to the back area of the property. The carport is not for guest use. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE INTO GATED AREA or disturb the occupants of the front house. They are not involved with managing this cottage. Other things to note There is a great hiking trail at the top of the street through the state park gate. You will see it if you walk about 6 houses up the street past the mailboxes. Take the trail to the loop. Once you reach the loop, you can go straight or right. The loop takes about 30 mins. 45 mins door to door.
