Guest access Parking: • There's a free onsite parking available in the parking lot next to the house and across from the house on a first-come, first-served basis and guests can park one vehicle. You can also park at the clubhouse but overnight parking is not allowed. Property Access: • Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. Resort Access: • You're provided with complimentary access to the Hideaway Club at Storey Lake! • Open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round. Other things to note • For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay! • Please note that the splash pad at The Hideaway Club – Storey Lake is temporarily closed for maintenance due to lifted flooring. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Pet Friendly: • Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of $99 per pet will be added to the reservation when pets are included at the time of booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Additional Services: • Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill. • Pool is available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service. • Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee) • Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee) • We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration.
