Clean, cozy, and in great location – cheerful 2-bed 2-bath home located on 17 Mile Drive near Asilomar Beach with easy access to Pebble Beach, Monterey, and Carmel. WiFi, Apple TV, and once-a-month cleaning included. Also comes with all utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash & sewer) and gardening services. Please note this is a 30 day plus rental. The space Our home is located on 17 Mile Drive in the quaint town of Pacific Grove between Monterey and Pebble Beach. Walking distance to beach and biking trails with easy access to all areas of the Monterey Peninsula -Two comfortable bedrooms have queen beds -Work desks in each bedroom. -Two light filled bathrooms are with bathtub and shower -Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area -Spacious cozy living room - Laundry facilities - Ample space available for parking. -The house accommodates FOUR (4) MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS. Guest access YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOME: • The house accommodates Four (4) MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS. •Kitchen items (cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee girder, blender, slow-cooker, pots, pans, basic pantry items and spices). •Nearby grocery stores list is posted on the refrigerator. You Help yourself to any of the cupboards that are not marked ‘private.' •Bath towels and hairdryer •Washer and dryer •Iron and ironing board. •Large screen TV with Apple TV is available. The TV has USB connection if you want to bring your favorite movie on a thumb drive to watch. •A sound/speaker system is setup to play your music in the living room. A cord is provided to connect to your device (portable radio, your iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc). •Activities and retails in the area: Kayak and Bike Rentals, Fishing, Diving, Golfing, Hiking, Site Seeing and more... Other things to note •WiFi, Apple TV and an once a month cleaning included. Also comes with all utilities and gardening services. • Please note this is a 30 day plus rental. • If you are arriving after dark, please note that the house is in a forested neighborhood and some street signs are hard to see at night. So please map out the route for your convenience. •The house is on the famous 17 Mile Drive, so expect some tourist traffic during the day. The back street (almost an alley) is quiet. •Pacific Grove Ball Park is 500 ft away. Kids games are sometimes on weekends and you could hear some cheering voices from the garden. •The front entry has six steps and the back entry has four. •The lot has ranch style fencing and is open to the streets from the front and back. Please supervise your young children if they are out in the garden. •Deer roam around in the property and in the neighborhood. Please drive slow coming down the back street as they like to visit our yard. Please do not feed them. •Emergency card with useful information is on the refrigerator. First aid kit and flash light are in the bench storage in the mudroom by the back entry. The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. Please use the fire extinguisher only for true emergencies. •We have a Raccoon family visiting us at night to checkout the outside garbage bin. I have put a bungee cord across the lid to avoid them getting into it. Please secure the cord back when you use the garbage bin. Thank you. •Our neighborhood is woodsy and close to natural protected land and can get very dark at night. The flash light (provided) comes in handy for night walks. Also recommend downloading the flashlight app if you have an iphone. •The Monarch Home is enrolled in the Aquarium ticketing program that offers a two-day pass for the price of one.
