Nestled in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, our home haven welcomes you to Utah Valley. The private entrance takes you into a clean and open living space with a full kitchen, french doors leading to bedroom with king size bed. Our home is located in a well established quiet neighborhood. Many parks, canyons, and shopping centers nearby. 30 min from SLC, BYU, ski resorts, and lakes. TV, blue ray dvd player with DVD's, games, coloring, books, toys, and office work space, bedroom lamps with USB chargers, TV in bedroom, high speed internet, pack n play, and high chair available. Giant backyard and large patio space. Bathroom stocked with towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, flat iron, ironing board, iron. Guest access Back patio, back yard on 1/2 acre lot with lots of grass. There is a large deck for watching the sun set and relaxing. Other things to note We are a family, and we also have another Airbnb on site, so there will be daytime noise through walls and as a result some foot traffic and playing. To be respectful to us and to you our quiet hours begin at 10 pm and we are usually up around 7 am. We try to keep the noise at a reasonable level. But you can message us if it’s too distracting. If you have issues with noise or need to rest a lot during the day this may not be the best fit for you. Also we have a dog, cat, and fenced in chickens in the backyard from time to time. All are super friendly.
