We are real near convenient stores, restaurants, beauty shop and everything that makes the Mississippi Delta interesting. The house is an open concept, With a laundry room , washer dryer and fully equipped kitchen. WiFi ,The storage house at the back of the yard and the detached garage are NOT included in the rental. We do NOT have an indoor camera. We have an OUTSIDE Ring camera, ONLY, for security purposes . It is attached to the gate post on the gate that leads to the backyard and the camera faces the front driveway and front yard ONLY. This is to provide security for your vehicles when they are parked, just to give you peace of mind. There is an iron and ironing board in the small closet in the front living room. I do not offer a EV charging . All pets must be disclosed if they are not real service animals. I ask this so I can put a cover on my good leather couch. $75 pet fee per stay. No Cleaning Fee ! The neighborhood is a safe area. We have ample parking and extra parking in the back yard. The location of the guesthouse is close to everything. There is a choice of two pillow types on each bed , on the queen beds, there are two firm flat pillows and two fluffy ones. On the twin bed, there is one firm pillow, and one fluffy.
